One and a half hour bus ride to Mekong Delta. Excellent Q & a with Ethan during ride. Boat ride on river, stopping to see local food crafts such as puffed rice, rice paper crackers, coconut candies.
Lunch in restored Japanese garden. Whole fish served.

Back in Saigon, We both had 90 minute hot stone massages - for $21 each. Plan to return tomorrow, they were awesome.
Dinner at Pizza Hut, just to eat something different. Other patrons were young, trendy Vietnamese. Walked through large shopping mall. Felt like we were in an insane asylum. Ho Chi Min MUST be turning over in his grave.
Early departure tomorrow for Chu Chi Tunnels, then our farewell dinner. Depart for Bangkok the following morning.
