Resting for an hour or so in the business class lounge at the airport in Istanbul. Dan was right - flying business class is an entirely different experience. We had plenty of leg room, room to stand up and seats that reclined almost 180 degrees. They served us two lovely meals -with a "tablecloth" over the tray and a cloth napkin.
This lounge is "ah-mazing". It's huge, modern, and serving complimentary freshly prepared foods and every type of beverage you can imagine. There's a billiards room, a large screen showing a movie, and multiple screens showing international news sources.
Everything seems rather surreal right now, but as comfortable as we were, it's good to be out of the plane and walking around.
I will try to take a few photos of the lounge.
